Education Portal for Neurodivergent Students
This project began with a first-time founder’s vision to better support neurodivergent students through tools designed around how they learn. We joined at the idea stage, led product discovery, shaped the MVP, and built the complete platform from the ground up. Our work covered product planning, UI/UX, engineering, cloud infrastructure, and launch support. The platform now helps students, parents, and educators make schoolwork more accessible and manageable.

The Problem
Neurodivergent students often need learning accommodations that are not easily available within their everyday school materials. Parents and educators were relying on fragmented tools and manual processes to provide support. The founder needed to turn this challenge into a focused product that was simple for families to use and scalable enough to grow.

Our Approach
We worked closely with the founder from the earliest idea stage to make informed product and technology decisions. Rather than simply developing a predefined list of features, we shaped the MVP around real user needs and created a roadmap for the complete platform. Our team delivered the product across strategy, design, development, infrastructure, and launch support.
